I can not figure out what model I have, and no major brands in the toothbrush. I looked online and can not understand what model I have. Ideas?

wherever you bought your toothbrush, the business should also replace the head. If your dentist, ask your dentist that you can buy replacement heads. I had the same problem, and I asked my dentist and was able to determine where to get a head replacement. Good luck:)
