I have had my lip pierced for about a month and it has a white bump on the inside of my lip... what is this ? - lip pierced white

I have too many people want more piercings and just do not seem frames to cure, and it hurts to be removed IN unwilling to ... I cleaned properly and I use H20 Ocean any help would be good
