I have a bacterial infection in my nose, and I saw the last few days that my audiences very responsive. Even my own voice sounds very strong when I speak in a normal voice.
Is this normal?

Yes, I had the same problem a few weeks ago. He felt he had a sinus infection, pharyngitis (drainage) and an ear infection. Everyone told me about the neti pot you can get at Walgreens or Rite Aid. Funny, but it's just a sinus rinse. He asks. I immediately felt better. I did after I bought and before bedtime. The next morning I felt wonderful. I guarantee you will be golden. I totally should do a commercial for it.
His nose and ears are closely linked, I agree with you, yes, I believe that the sensitivity of hearing is due to an infection.
