If you are older than 18 years and live in a state of medical marijuana medical records of their knee injuries. The high probability of cataracts, etc., regardless of need a disease that is present on the list in your country. You must live in an area where it is legal. And then a doctor should evaluate your situation and, if it considers it useful to give you a prescription.
